Hodgson Refuses to Blame Sanchez!

With our season going from bad to worse, it would be easy for Roy Hodgson to apportion some of the blame on the previous incumbent of the hot seat.

However, Roy isn`t like that. He`s been around the block a bit and recognises that what suits one man doesn`t suit another, therefore when pressed about the predicament Lawrie Sanchez has left the club in, Roy was very careful, in a recent interview, with his words remarking,

"It`s not appropriate to comment on what I thought the previous manager was doing."

"When a new manager comes in, certain players will be what he wants and certain won`t."

"I have no criticism or judgement on what has gone on before."

"But I must try to use this transfer window to bring in some players that will help make the team better than it is at the moment."

The last two days have shown that Roy is true to his word and or transfer activity is starting to reach the giddy proportions it touched in the summer with several names being actively linked with the club.

Let`s just hope we have time on our side.

Perhaps he'd have got more admiration if he'd have stated he was left with a crock of ****!
merlin
then again he might have been stating the obvious merlin!
Putney
Stating the obvious and denting confidence even further, his actions alone in the transfer market show what he thinks of Sanchez's flops!
Zeno
He doesn't need to say it really, does he. how much did sanchez spend?
Carlosio
just as long as Roy spend loads of money i think we have a fighting chance beacuse so far he has spent wisley, apart from king who hasn't actually signed yet
