Double swoop still on?

Despite the recent Marlon King medical setback Fulham manager Roy Hodgson is still confident of completing a deal for Marlon King and also for another striker Cho Jae Jin.

Although the medical showed up a knee problem with Marlon King it is believed that behind the scenes negotiations are still going on, especially after King was bad-mouthed by those connected with Watford last week. In fact the deal could be wrapped up in a couple of days

After Saturday's 3-0 home defeat by Arsenal, Hodgson said:

'It is an ongoing situation and everyone is still talking about it - the clubs and the agents, the player."

'We just hope that the matter will be resolved in the coming days and we hope it will be.'

Hodgson is also in negotiations to bring the Korean forward Cho Jae Jin to Craven Cottage remarked,

'I am not aware of anything other than it being an ongoing situation and the clubs discussing the matter.'

I guess we`ll just have to wait and see on this one!

Add to this McBride's return to fitness and Johnson's work permit and I think Kamara's days are numbered, probably one of the worst pieces of summer business in the Premier League!

push him out to the left wing i say!! Still think he's better than Healy! He has skill, pace and ability! Healy has none of that!

i just heared your sigining the lad from rangers - cousin. gotta admit, i saw him at rangers and despite missing some clear-cut oppurtunities he looks a decent player. with him, king, mcbride, kamara and healy i think you will be alright this season. i definately think their is 3 teams worse tahn you in the premier league and i think you will escape relegtaion this season. i hope you do anyway, because fulham has become known as an established premier league team now (liek bolton), plus you usually manage to get a decent result against the chavs next door!!!!
