Lewington on his last game!

After witnessing his side take a point, from his last game in charge before Roy Hodgson takes over on Monday morning, Ray Lewington had some mixed views.

He believed they we played well but the lack of that killer second goal cost us dear.

He also bemoaned the fact that the team is a little unbalanced and was interest in what Hodgson made of proceedings.

Here`s what he had to say,

"We played very well and created some good opportunities. But we needed a second goal and deserved it on our first half performance."

"I`ll be interested to see what Roy has to say after watching that display. I am sure he will be encouraged by what he saw in terms of the spirit and work from the players."

"But I think he feels the balance is wrong - it`s something we`ve felt for a while. We`ve got quality players but some are too similar and there is some work to do."
