'If It's Football, It's Vital'

They`re just Saying No!

Any chances of Fulham swiftly announcing a new incumbent of the managerial chair at Craven Cottage suffered another setback!

One of the leading contenders, Martin Jol, has pulled out of the race. Apparently, the former Spurs manager was approached last Friday by Fulham about becoming the permanent replacement for Sanchez.

It seems that Jol`s interest was sparked by the locality of Fulham to his home in Essex, however, rumours abound that he wasn`t confident about the quality of the squad, probably echoing the views of this site.

If the reports are right, Jol is eyeing up a position with one of the clubs just outside the top four, possibly Newcastle where Sam Allardyce is coming under increasing pressure.

After the defeat today, any potential manager would probably be looking for a huge financial bonus to keep us in the Premier League.

True! I also reckon he wasted a lot of money, as did Sanchez!

we're not denying Sanchez bought some duds but I'm convinced Jol isn't the man we're looking for!
Putney
so who is then? John Collins!

I'm sticking with Billy Davis!! Or steal Jewell from Derby!! That would be nice. Coleman has been linked with a return!! lol.
