Collins Appointment Denied!

Collins Appointment Denied!

The news that John Collins had quit his role as manager of Scottish club, Hibernian, saw a few eyes light up in the office.

People suddenly began to put two and two together and surmise that our ex-player could be on his way back to Craven Cottage.

With the tenure of Lawrie Sanchez hanging by a thread last night, it sort of made sense, didn`t it?

Well we thought so!

However, it appears that we may have jumped the gun. An official statement released by Fulham Football Club soon quashed those rumours with the statement explaining,

"Lawrie Sanchez is our manager. The resignation of John Collins has nothing to do with the Fulham job."

But then this morning, things changed dramatically didn`t they!

So can we take it the press conference, to announce his appointment, will be set up for Monday morning?
