Jol - No Interest in Fulham Job!

Jol - No Interest in Fulham Job!

Okay, they may not have been his very words but reading between the lines we know that`s what he meant!

After having previously been linked to the manager`s job at Fulham and with the axe hovering above Lawrie Sanchez, Martin Jol has commented on his current situation whereby, since being sacked by Spurs, he`s been resting.

Speaking about the situation Jol commented,

"I needed a break and I still need it. If you go to a club over Christmas they are always bottom of the league - and that is not what I need."

Come on Martin, it isn`t that bad we could be as high as second from bottom come Saturday night!

Martin Jol said he was looking to manage a quality side in the south of the country, Fulham are definatley South so it must be the quality bit that was missing.
