Fulham to step up Kyle Chase!

Fulham to step up Kyle Chase!

With Lawrie Sanchez having been promised funds to boost the squad in the January transfer window, he may well choose to go after a reported previous target, Kyle Lafferty.

According to various sources, Lafferty was the subject of an enquiry by Fulham when Burnley were managed by Steve Cotterill.

However, Cotterill has now departed and been replaced by Owen Coyle and our sources are suggesting that the Scotsman may be more amiable when it comes to a sale.

It`s being reported that Coyle, who obviously wants to build his own Burnley side, has remarked,

"There comes a time when business kicks in and if he gets a good offer we`ll take a look at it."

Therefore, we have a sneaking suspicion that our Irish contingent could be bolstered come January!

I would have to agree with merlin (for the first time in a while!!) he is a very promising player but he needs to play regularly for another year or two till he's ready for the step up! Fantastic name though!
