Facing a Former Club!

Sunday`s fixture against Blackburn should see two former Ewood Park players facing their old team - Ian Pearce and Shefki Kuqi.

Pearce had a four year spell at Ewood Park from October 1992 making a total of eight appearances scoring three golas.

Kuqi played one season at Ewood, making forty-two appearances and scoring eight goals.

Here`s hoping that both players can notch a goal against their former club!

It's weird just how many former players score against their former clubs - worth a punt?

must be the occasion that makes them lift it and want to prove a point or two....

Pearce was a great defender for us next to hendry. I think at one point there was at least one ex-rovers player in every team a couple of years after we won the league - thats why we got relegated!

Looks like my suggestion to take a punt lost you all a few bob :-)
