'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Jimmy Bullard bulletin (#28)

Those last few weeks are fast approaching with regards to the recovery, from serious injury, off Jimmy Bullard.

After having the top American surgeon, Dr Richard Steadman, to thank for saving his career, Jimmy is fast looking forward to returning to first team action.

After moving up through the ranks, namely training with the youth and reserve teams, Jimmy is now back training with the first team squad and had this to say,

"I feel like a footballer again, it felt good being alongside the boys. I`m not into the stage of contact yet. That`s the next stage, to have a few tackles."

"I`m getting really close, but we`ll take our time."

Here`s to keeping our fingers crossed for you Jimmy!

Good luck to Jimmy Bullard and even as a Pompey fan i look forward to seeing him playing again. Great spirit and appears to be a really nice bloke, England could have done with the likes of him the other night.
