Cook ups training programme!

Cook ups training programme!

The forgotten man of our cluster of summer signings, Lee Cook, is fast approaching the stage whereby he can be considered for inclusion in the first team squad.

Cook, who came to Craven Cottage from Queens Park Rangers, was forced to undergo knee surgery in the summer, after his move form Loftus Road.

Quite why we were so willing to sign somebody with such a problem has often been asked, thankfully, we believe that the form he showed in the Championship last season played a huge part in the decision making process of Lawrie Sanchez.

Therefore, it`s all the more pleasing to report that us Fulham supporters may soon be able to get a glimpse of the winger in action.

Reports are reaching us that Cook has stepped up his training programme and has high hopes of being included in the first team plans next month.

Lee Cook will get his deserved place on the left wing if he is good enough otherwise Bouazza will stay there as he has been much better than expected
