Temporary Farewell to John!

After not getting a look in for Fulham this season, our striker, Collins John, has joined Leicester on a loan deal.

The deal lasts for three months and gives the twenty-two year old the opportunity for some first team football.

In recent months, under both Chris Coleman and Lawrie Sanchez, the youngster has found himself out in the cold with Diomansy (Joe) Kamara and David Healy joining us in the summer.

After joining us, at a mere eighteen years of age, John was our top scorer in the 2005-2006 season.

I for one wish him all the best and that he shows that he can perform well enough to get a new contract!

I wonder if Leicester will still be so keen now that Gary Megson has scarpered to Bolton Wanderers?

A scoring debut, the best striker on Fulham's books if you ask me, just not given a chance!!!
