Edging Closer to Fitness!

Many people are concentrating on the fact that Jimmy Bullard is fast approaching a comeback, however, it shouldn`t be forgotten that we have another player battling back from a bad injury.

Philippe Christanval has yet to play a game for Fulham since Chris Coleman was sacked and Lawrie Sanchez took over.

The defender suffered a bad knee injury and has slowly been edging his way back to fitness.

It`s proving to be a long way back although the international break has given the defender the opportunity to step up his rehabilitation and Fulham are hopeful that he`ll be back in contention for a first team place by the New Year.

We here at Vital Fulham would like to wish Philippe a speedy recovery.
