Howard, Derby to Fulham!

Howard, Derby to Fulham!

With the transfer window now firmly closed, it would appear that a deal that didn`t get completed before the deadline could soon be resurrected.

The target, we believe, is Steve Howard.

The tall striker has long been admired by Lawrie Sanchez and with Derby in crisis the Fulham boss is preparing a January swoop.

It`s believed that a bid of £1.2 million was rejected last time but our sources say an offer in the region of £1.3 million will be enough to satisfy Derby.

However, with the transfer window still three months from opening, this is one rumour that has a long way to go before becoming fact.
