Christanval nears fitness!

After suffering a knee problem, Vital Fulham are delighted to report that our French player, Phillipe Christanval, is nearing a return.

Reports have reached us that Phillipe is now on the verge of resuming full training and once fit it is expected that he will either return to the centre of the defence or operate just in front of the back four as a holding midfielder.

His return will provide an extra man in the squad and also give Lawrie Sanchez extra options as we seek to improve our league position.

Welcome back Phillipe.

either way merlin at least he's not an over-priced, overpaid import like you lot have!

Having another option in defence is never a bad thing... especially after seeing guys like "Concrete Feet" Baird being burned by the opposition consistantly.
Chupacabra
with him back to fittness how many players will we have in our squad?
Backslash2010
It'll be great to have him back!! I've always rated him!! Plus I disagree with Chupacabra! I think Baird is fantastic and isnt that slow!! and being burned by the oppostion consistantly? What you talking about!! He has been fantastic for us this season so far! It was just the spurs game thats he didnt do too well in!!
