Diomansy - The Hammers Dilemma!

It`s a strange period of the season isn`t it?

After the euphoria of the late comeback against Tottenham Hotspur, you kind of hoped that we`d be back in action this weekend. Instead, we`ll all be sitting with our feet up in the air watching England stumble along against Israel.

However, it does provide a little breathing space for those who are still settling in at their new clubs time to air their views.

After scoring that wonderful overhead kick, against Tottenham Hotspur, our twenty-six year old striker, Diomansy Kamara, has taken time out to speak out about why he`s joined Fulham.

This is what he had to say,

"West Ham wanted me a lot but for me the Fulham project is different. It`s a very young team and there is a very strong ambition to finish in the top ten this season."

Not quite sure we`ll hit those dizzy heights just yet Diomansy but, personally, it wouldn`t have taken me much time to decide between West Ham and Fulham but there again I`m probably a little biased aren`t I!

The reason he moved to you was because he wouldn't have started for us. Then again, I can't beleive we were even in for the man :-S.

Hope he doesn't flatter to decieve like he did for us, unquestionable talent, not so temprement
paultsmouth
He would have been 3rd, maybe 4th choice here at WHU. Wouldn't really have wanted him at the price you lot paid for him anyway
HenryW15
sour grapes, nothing less :-)
Putney
He's our most expensive player and he isn't even first choice, you all know that when Brian McBride is back it'll most likley be him and healy. but with us loosing big Pupa sanchez should play all three. Well in my opinion anyway!
