Mourinho, Sanchez - A Common View?

Mourinho, Sanchez - A Common View?

You need to be working with your players, you need to be getting to grips with the newcomers, you need to be blending together a team but…………..

Once again those internationals have disrupted proceedings. It`s long between a debatable subject, club or country and at this moment I know what I prefer.

There again, perhaps we should take time out to look at how Lawrie Sanchez feels.

After signing a plethora of players, he`d probably like nothing better than to be at Motspur Park working with them, instead, he`s as peeved as the rest of us.

This is what he told a news reporter,

"The season has been disrupted big time, the window has closed and I won`t see them before Thursday (next week) before traveling to Wigan on the Friday."

Who was it who bemoaned the internationals suggesting his team had bad performances after them due to a lack of time for preparation for the next domestic football?

Jose Mourinho I believe!

I never thought I`d agree with him, never!

José is always right Putney. And this break comes very bad. We have a couple of big games early and now two weeks without all players. Plus the injury thing. I think the last year we had one international break without one injury or more.

The worst part about it is waiting to see if your international players return fit.

nice little dig there although I'm sure more players are getting injured these days and its not as if the game is as physical as it used to be!
