McBride Injury Horror!

Just weeks after being honoured with the captains` armband, Brian McBride is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Whilst scoring the goal yesterday Brian, under no pressure at all, seemed to get his studs trapped in the turf.

Carried away in some pain, we later learnt that he`d dislocated his knee cap and there is a chance that there is also a fracture.

We here at Vital Fulham would like to wish Brian all the best as he enters a lengthy recovery period, hopefully he`ll recover in time to play a part towards the back end of this season.

best wishes from all at Chelsea, strange how serious injuries can result from nothing!

it'd be a sad way to finish his Fulham career though - who'll take over as captain on a permanent basis?
Putney
That was bad 3 months sounds too long.
