Warner Backed by Sanchez!

After committing a schoolboy error in midweek against Bolton, our current keeper, Tony Warner, committed another howler yesterday afternoon.

When he spooned in Mido`s low shot many suspected that Sanchez may well fire a verbal broadside across his bows. However, with Niemi still not fit, Sanchez has possibly used his man-management skills to better effect by remarking,

"You don`t want your keeper dropping the ball in the net too many times."

"I expected Tony to do better, he knows that. But we were still in the game at that point and Clint Dempsey missed an open goal. So it`s not just about the keeper."

Warner, since coming in at short notice prior to the Arsenal fixture, has produced some fantastic saves and if he could eliminate the schoolboy errors he could possibly go on to be a top notch keeper.

But has he the time left to do so?
