Bouazza update!

Several leading news agencies, including many local press outlets are suggesting that the signing off Hameur Bouazza is moving a lot closer.

After having rejected a bid in the region of £3 million, it appears that Watford have now accepted an improved offer consisting of an increase to £3.5 million.

Bouazza will now undertake a medical and discuss personal terms.

Hornets manager, Aidy Boothroyd, had this to say,

'He hasn't actually gone yet but we are 99.9 per cent of the way there.'

Hopefully by Monday everything will be resolved, everybody will be happy and we can move on.'

So the spending spree continues!

He's a good player. I remember his cracker against Man U - loved it.

he is a very decent player and if you can get him for the 3.5m mentioned you will have got another bargain. I take my hat off to sanchez he has done some excellent deals this summer.

I thought it was £4million first bid then a £4.5million bid has been accepted!!

He'll prob be a bargain buy for you Sanchez has bought in some good players likes of Cook etc.

Your best signing is Leijer, he may be unknown in England but he is a brilliant CB. He will be huge for you!

One Ozi praising another, now that's a rareity :-)

Great player with real potential but incredibly inconsistent at the moment. Am surprised by the deal as I can't see Hameur getting the left wing berth ahead of Lee Cook - Cookie is twice the player at the moment.

and it appears his fee saved QPR from a right good kicking!
