'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Bullard`s Fresh Minds and Legs!

With the new season just around the corner many Fulham fans are eagerly awaiting that vital first fixture at Arsenal.

Whilst it may seem a daunting affair, the new air of optimism sweeping around Craven Cottage gives us all hope that the new season will be far more rewarding than the nightmare we witnessed last season.

Lawrie Sanchez hasn`t so much carried out a clean sweep of his new surroundings with his new broom but increased the size and quality of the squad to a status befitting a Premiership side.

It`s a point that`s not been lost on our bubbly midfield player, Jimmy Bullard, who had this to say to the media,

"There`s a new feel around the place with fresh minds and fresh legs."

Whilst it`s nice to hear, let`s not get too carried away, let`s knuckle down to business and ensure we get off to a good start, a good start will bring up the confidence levels and then……who knows?

good point - but as long as we get off to a good start we'll be okay!
Putney
That'll be a hard game for you lot making the short journey across London.

If we played like we did against Arsenal last season (forgetting the last 20mins where we looked for the 2nd) then we'll do good.
