'If It's Football, It's Vital'

All cheer for Jimmy, Jimmy!

Lawrie Sanchez may have signed a plethora of players but out on the training ground one of Chris Coleman`s signings is fast returning to fitness.

Jimmy Bullard, who suffered an horrific knee injury early in his Fulham career, has slowly begun to move away form purely physical work and start to once again work with the tool of his trade, the football.

Speaking to the media, the effervescent Bullard had this to say with regard to his comeback,

"It`s going brilliantly."

"This week I`ve just started side-footing the ball and doing volleys."

"All the muscles around the knee are stronger and I`m well on schedule."

"I feel great doing all the twists and turns."

I can`t be the only hack who believes that being able to field Jimmy Bullard, in a Fulham shirt, would be slightly akin to having a new signing in the squad. His ability allied with his bubbly personality, will give the team one enormous lift, don`t you think!

One of your best players coming back after missing a whole chunk of last season.

The thing is we've been looking at our squad and kind of forgetting about Jimmy!! Include him in the near futur and we have a pretty awesom midfield to choose from!!
