'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Healy Opens Fulham Account!

Many pundits have rubbished our claims that David Healy will be a success in the Premiership, however, after netting his first Fulham goal, we still have every reason to be optimistic.

It may have only come against South China but it was still a cracker, indeed our manager, Lawrie Sanchez, had this to say about how Healy put his chance away,

"I told David to relax. He had been trying too hard. It was probably the hardest chance he has had all pre-season."

Now who`s willing to bet he gets less than a dozen in top flight football next season?

I still say he'll not get into double figures especially when your journa fancies Kamara and John up front!

Haven't really seen Healy play and its a big step from the Championship to the Premiership it'll be more of John and Kamara leading your forward line.

perhaps Sanchez will go mad and go for a front three :-)

Healy looked a good player against South China and it was obvious he has the skill and finishing to make it in the premiership. Its just his size and pace that worry me! He isn't that fast and wont be much of a threat in the box at corners but then again Zola was small and he did alrite!

If Healy can transfer his international form to the Premiership you are in for a great season!
