Rosenior - Not For Sale!

With the transfer merry-go-round yet to get into full swing at Craven Cottage, a worrying rumour has started doing the rounds.

It concerns our young full back, Liam Rosenior!

If the rumour is to be believed, it would appear that Middlesbrough are eyeing up Liam as a signing.

Last season Liam, until he was forced to leave the pitch suffering from a virus, had played every minute of every Premiership game.

For a youngster he has a wonderful influence on the team and his talents have been recognised at international level with Liam being involved in the recent U21 tournament in Holland.

Our aim at Craven Cottage must be to improve our team. We do not want a repeat of last year we`re the Championship beckoned right up until the last minute.

To move forward, we must keep hold of our best players, our most promising youngsters and Liam certainly fallas into that category.

Therefore, we have a few words of advice for Lawrie Sanchez as he attempts to re-build a new future for our club - go tell Middlesbrough to not even bother making an enquiry - Liam is not for sale.

Although I'd love to see you go down, you're right, you must hang onto your best youngsters, they are the future!

I agree totally Putney and Merlin, its imperative to keep such an influencial player, he is very good now, and with more match experience he will be absolutely fantastic in a few years

time will tell, although I think he's a little gem waiting to flourish at a higher level.
