Knight to Birmingham!

Knight to Birmingham!

With his future still not determined, as reported earlier this week, another club, if the reports are correct, are keen to secure the services of the tall, rangy defender.

Newly promoted Birmingham City, managed by Steve Bruce, are keen to ensure that their first season back in the Premiership amounts to more than a survival battle.

Buoyed by the possibility of a mega-bucks takeover, it would seem that Steve Bruce is keen to add depth to his defence by signing Zat Knight.

Unfortunately, any movement on this deal would depend on two things, the first being Lawrie Sanchez agreeing to release Knight and the second being Birmingham being prepared to splash the cash ahead of the proposed takeover.

We`ll endeavour to keep you informed.

A lot of clubs seem keen to get their hands on a player you don't want! Why?
