Routledge Returns to Spurs!

After making twenty-eight appearances for Fulham last season, Wayne Routledge has returned to White Hart Lane.

Routledge, who proved to be a tricky exponent of the art of wing play, never really established himself as a natural first team choice.

However, we here at Vital Fulham would like to wish him every success as he strives to continue with his professional career.

Any thoughts on how he played for you during the season?? I liked him when he was at Palace and then he got injured and Lennon took his place in the team...the rest is history. But do you think he could compete for a place/be a decent squad player for us next season???

The truth
I think we should keep him only if he is happy if thats not the case we ship him out but we can't keep loaning him to other teams.

Why get rid of Routledge? We've seen how tired Lennon had gotten later on in the season, and the back-up was nowhere near the qulity we need on the wing, no disrespect to those who plaed there. Routledge and Lennon on the right, and Taarabt and hopefully Petrov on the left will do me.
Othello
Merlin, you *****. reading spurs interest stories again. get a life

Can't believe the excitement behind Taarabt!!! We've seen nothing of him!
loffree
I know people are talking about Taarabt like he's the new Zidane, we dont even know if he plays on the left, from what iv heard his central midfield. He has come on and done well in one game, I remember 2 lovely goals scored on a new years day against everton by hmmm err who was it again?
spurs
Routledge either isnt quite good enough or does not want to know, I am not certain which. In camios for us, for Fulham and also for the England U21s he looks class, but then he cant get a regular game for a club that almost gets relegated, so there is something wrong somewhere. It may well be an attitude problem.

Welcme back Wayne... It will be great to see You finally fulfill Your potential in a Spurs shirt!
