Fulham Clear out Begins!

After being given the managerial role on a permanent basis, Lawrie Sanchez has commenced the much needed clear out!

First out of the door are Claus Jensen, Tomasz Radzinski and Mark Crossley, all of whom have been released by the club.

Others likely to be moved out are thought to be Papa Bouba Diop, Collins John and Alexei Smertin.

Clearly, it`s going to be all change at Craven Cottage and it will certainly be interesting to see who Sanchez will be bringing in.

Already the tabloids are awash with suggestions that he is going to turn to those he has come to trust and appreciate in the Northern Ireland side, namely, David Healy and Steve Davis.

However, whilst accepting that both are competent players you have to ask yourself if they`re going to make a difference in the Premiership. I myself doubt it.

Am I wrong to yearn for the days when Jean Tigana was in charge and talent was bountiful?
