'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Sanchez is our man!

It would appear that any speculation about who is to be the new Fulham manager is on the verge of being ended.

Lawrie Sanchez, who has been doing the job on a temporary basis and who has steered us away from the threat of relegation, has reportedly resigned as manager of Northern Ireland to take up the Fulham role.

Previously, it had been suggested that if Fulham wished to retain the services of Sanchez in a managerial role then they would have to ask the Northern Irish Football Association for permission.

With Sanchez having quit his national role it would seem that he has agreed terms with Fulham to take on the domestic role on a permanent basis.

Therefore, unless Sanchez has decided he wishes to retire from management, we await an announcement from the Fulham board.

Over to you gents!

Did he come cheaper than the other options then?
merlin
that is the unanswerable question :-)

Cheaper and less demanding for transfer funds from the board no doubt, another season of gloom awaits!!!
