Bullard Still on Comeback Trail

Bullard Still on Comeback Trail

Our influential midfield player, Jimmy Bullard, who has been out injured since September with knee ligament damage, continues on the comeback trail.

On June 16th, Jimmy travels to America to visit the surgeon who performed the career saving surgery. It is an appointment that would fill many with fear but Jimmy remains optimistic that he`ll come out of it with that familiar smile on his face and be able to resume his career.

This is what he had to say in a recent, very brief, interview.

"I`ll be there for two weeks and they`ll put me through my paces."

"If I pass all my tests hopefully they`ll say I`m fit enough."

Here at Vital Fulham we`re keeping our fingers crossed for you Jimmy!

I'm quite sure we'd have finished in mid-table if he weren't injured!
