Fulham - Worrying Times For All!

With Manchester City and Sheffield United both losing vital Premiership matches last night, our chances of staying up slightly increased.

Unfortunately, we all realise these are testing times, times when your patience can easily run thin and times when you cannot help but consider the plight we may find ourselves in come May.

It`s a point that hasn`t been lost on Michael Brown. Our midfield player appears to be also showing all the signs I`ve previously mentioned.

In a recent interview, Brown admitted the following,

"I had the radio on when Everton played Charlton."

"At this stage of the season you`re keeping an eye on all the other scores. It`s running through your head 24/7. You lie in bed seeing that league table."

Hopefully, it`ll be a situation that we can escape from now that Lawrie Sanchez has taken over the managerial position. Usually, a change in manager is enough to see the fortunes of a team change slightly. Therefore, perhaps we should consider the defeat at Reading to be nothing more than a blip.

Indeed, the players were visibly buoyed by the level of support given to the team at Reading with Brown commenting,

"You could see the lads faces when they saw the support at Reading."

Let`s hope our fears regarding relegation can be rescinded with a resounding win over Blackburn this weekend, or would that be too much to ask for?

They are not doomed, they'll lose Saturday but they'll be fine after that! Hi guys. On Vital Blackburn we have a weekly online forum in the Vital Blackburn Forum called "Walkerbout". I've posted a thread in the Vital Fulham "open terrace" forum telling you about it. One topic up for debate is the Fulham vs. Rovers match so if ANY Fulham fans would like to come along and join the (civilised) debate you are more than welcome. Good luck for the rest of the season (after Saturday!) I'm sure you'll be fine. Shame you got rid of Coleman though, thought he was doing OK despite your League placing.
