Pearce to Battle On!

Our goal hero from Saturday, Ian Pearce, has vowed to make the starting eleven at Goodison Park on Good Friday.

Pearce who picked up a foot injury but refused to go off as Chris Coleman had already used all three substitutes, somehow contrived to score the equaliser in the last minute.

After the game Pearce was taken for x-rays as the club feared he`d broken a bone in his foot. Thankfully, that wasn`t the case and Pearce is currently walking around on crutches with his foot encased in a special air boot for added protection before having a further scan later this week.

However, with Fulham probably only three points away from Premiership safety Pearce is keen to play his part in ensuring Fulham do not get dragged into a relegation dog-fight.

Truly a remarkable man!
