Fulham Edge Closer to Distin!

Fulham Edge Closer to Distin!

News is filtering through that Fulham could be on the verge of securing the signature of Sylvain Distin.

The current Manchester City star has refused to negotiate a new contract with his current club, Manchester City, and is eyeing a move away form the under-achieving club.

We`ve previously reported that Chris Coleman has shown an interest in the French defender well now, according to our sources, Distin seems keen to put pen to paper on a pre-contract agreement that would see him earn in the region of £40,000 a week.

Those of you with long memories may recall that this method of obtaining a player was used to secure the services of Jimmy Bullard from Wigan Athletic last summer.

We here at Vital Fulham will keep you abreast of the situation.

Error prone beyond belief. He should therefore fit in well amongst the Cottagers back 4..!!The fact that Newcastle bombed him out tells you all you need to know.
