Following on from the dismal performance at Wigan last weekend, any hopes we had of playing a more attractive game have been dashed.
Speaking to the media, Chris Coleman poured cold water on the suggestion that Fulham should be more adventurous by exclaiming,
"When I took the job we set out to achieve certain goals and I`m proud to say we`re on course."
Nice to see that how we get there doesn`t seem a particular concern.
However, that particular bug-bear may pale into insignificance if FIFA decide to take action regarding Papa Bouba Diop.
Diop, who recently pledged his future to Fulham, was wanted by Senegal to play in Saturday`s match against Tanzania.
According to Senegal, Fulham have refused to release the player and have subsequently been reported to FIFA.
I can`t help thinking we`re getting as bad as that lot down the road!
