'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Not wanting to sound 'fickle' But..

West Ham United new signing Luis Boa Morte was not happy at Fulham according to manager Chris Coleman.

But he said: 'If a player is not happy playing for this club and expresses a desire to go, then I would be prepared to let him leave.'

I for one am sorry to see Boa Morte go but if a player is not happy to stay what can you do?
Many a team manager has had to deal with this type of situation...look at Spurs with Carrick , they would dearly have loved the player to stay but he wanted to leave and you have to let them go.
Its the harsh reality of football, I just hope that Boa Morte realises he has made a huge mistake when he is playing in the Coca Cola Championship next year......

Money talks in this world unfortunately. You boys will be playing Premiership football next season, although the same cannot yet be said of West Ham. Boa Morte's going to play under a decent manager with a good set of fans and a lot of money.

Yes but in the Championship!

Anyway its not being fickle its being realistic!!

I can't understand why he wasn't happy though, he was captain of the team and he was getting played week-in-week-out. He must have somesort of brain defect if he would prefer West Ham to Fulham. He won't do a thing at the Spammers, you wait and see.

Although, maybe Coleman sold him, because he is gonna try Montella on the left. It's defenetely an option now that he has gone.

What about Dempsey, he would be a better winger then Montella.

Well sometimes the grass is greener on the other side, maybe Boa Morte fancies a few seasons in the lower leagues.... Would you have him back?
