Fulham: Malbranque makes debut.

Ex. Fulham midfielder Steed Malbranque made his Tottenham Hotspur debut in their Carling cup 4th round tie at White Hart Lane against Port Vale, which Tottenham eventually won 3-1 after extra time.

Steed signed for Tottenham at the end of the summer transfer window but Spurs signed him whilst he was injured and he is only just back as it has taken longer than they thought to get him right.

He obviously was not back to full fitness but run outs like this will do the trick, he played some impressive balls but also quite a few went astray but it is only a matter of time before he shows the Spurs faithful what he is capable of.

Good to see him back.

I will second that, Tottenhams gain is our loss!!

Apparently looked good last night, showed some neat touches and good pace, but was understandably a little rusty having not played for months and had no pre-season or match fitness!!
