Fulham boo boys... stay at home!

Fulham boo boys... stay at home!

Whats the point of paying the money and then booing whatever the state of play is?
Closet Chelsea supporters?!
Chris Coleman has hit out at a section of Fulham fans who constantly boo his players.

The Cottagers were jeered off by the home supporters at half time of Saturday's 1-0 Premiership win over Everton.

'I wasn't unhappy with my players,' said Coleman. 'I'm not saying we had played well, but sometimes that happens.

'There are a few of our fans in the corner by the tunnel, and it's always the same ones, who, if we are not 2-0 up at half time, will generally boo us off.

'I have been here a long time and I can't remember, when I joined, us playing in the Champions League. But I can remember where we were compared to where we are now and I have got a long memory.

'We are not going to come here every week and play beautiful football to win games, we are not good enough to do that. We have to win scrappy games.

'I told the players not to worry that they had been booed off. The players know me, I tell them what I see and I don't kid them on.

'Most of our crowd are great, but there is a certain section that have short memories, unfortunately.

'We were 0-0 with Everton, who had been on a great run and were sixth, so that's not bad.'

Editors comment.....

So called fans like this make me sick, any team can do without this type of 'supporting', if they are that unhappy...STAY AT HOME, do they really think that treating the players like this will make em play better in the 2nd half?

I for one cannot see any sense in booing a team if they are not playing as they should, surely this is the worst way of getting the best out of the players that you SUPPORT!!!!

boo at half time, boo at the end if you REALLY have to, but NEVER during the game, how will that help?

These moronic numpties really are the thickest of all so called 'fans' and well done for Coleman for being brave enough to say something , however I can see this back firing on him and them giving even more stick, so how about we drown out the boo boys!

There are more cheering fans than booing so lets do what we can and drown them out!

That will only lower the players morale and confidence and make them play even worse. ******* football hooligans.
