'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Just What Did Go On?

All week there has been a trading of stories as to what did actually happen with regards to the exit of Brede Hangeland.

The Norwegian inferred that he`d been dumped by a text whilst the club implied that his exit had been handled in accordance with the correct procedures.

Today, in the tabloid press, it is hinted that dark forces may have been at work.

Rumours are linking Hangeland with making the short trip down the road to Loftus Road but that the 32 year-old Norwegian was hesitant about the trip fearing he wouldn`t be accepted by the Queens Park Rangers faithful unless he left Fulham under a cloud, or as someone from the club puts it,

"He was offered the chance to leave by mutual consent."

"But he wanted to go on bad terms so it`s easier to get a move."

"All this stuff about being dumped in a cruel way is nonsense."

So, have we heard the last of this spat or is there more to come?
