Fulham: Young Elliot signs new deal.

Our highly-rated England Under 19 defender Elliot Omozusi has signed a new two-and-a-half year contract at Craven Cottage.

he London-born youngster has come through the ranks at Fulham and is very highly rated by the Cottagers coaching staff, with Omozusi a recent regular in the reserves.

The right-back, who can also play as a centre-back, made his senior debut in the Carling Cup defeat to Wycombe in September and is tipped to feature again in the first-team before the end of the season.

Speaking to the Stellar Group website, Omozusi admitted: 'It is great news. I am really enjoying my football here and love playing for Fulham.

'It is an ambitious club but also one that is friendly and the young players are looked after very well.

'Most importantly, it is also a club where I think young players get a chance to show what they can do and that is certainly what my aim is.'
