The cottage is Ardley Arrods is it!!

The cottage is Ardley Arrods is it!!

Our recent poll asked...........

Is Craven cottage good enough for the Premier league and us?

Yes...14%

No...46%

Its OK for now...10%

We need to refurbish or move...30%

Only 14% thought that Craven cottage was good enough with 46% deciding that it was Ardley Arrods. 10% opted for 'Its ok for now' and 30% thought that we should refurbish Craven Cottage or move.

Personally I think that we should knock it down and rebuild on the site, surely the board can find an investor to help with the rebuilding of a new stadium, Bolton managed it and even teams like Hull can get the investment , we ARE a premiership club so why not? Is the problem Al-Fayed?

hat are your views?

Our next poll asks........

Is Al-Fayed right to stay as chairman or has he lost interest?

He's lost interest and should go.

I am happy with what he has done and he should stay.

He should sell to some rich Ruski.

Everything is rosy so why rock the boat.

Other clubs seem to get the investment to either refurbish to a high standard or re-build, lets not forget we are a premiership club so should have the best stadia yet we re only up to Coca Cola Championship standards at best.

I am an English guy living in the States and it has been a few years since seeing the Cottage but from what I can remember it is a bit of a shack, so I voted to knock it down and start again.

Its an embarrassment and going around the premiership clubs and seeing the class of the other stadiums makes me green with envy!

"even teams like hull " !! what do you mean ? it only cost £43 mill for our stadium which was funded by our council due to a stock market share issue with KC that went fantastic ... It was not an investment , the stadium was given to the town and community by the council ...

I think you need to sort it out. Isnt it a recently built stadium? Why didnt they make it a bit better than that.

I would have thought in an ideal world, Fulham stay on their current site but build a new stadium and KEEP THE COTTAGE part. Too many bland identi-kit stadia in England for my liking!

I like Craven Cottage, yes it needs updating but it has the history and has a good family feel to it, the stadium is not new but surely investment needs spending on the players and get us winning something rather than spending it on the stadium and us fighting relegation every year.

Good point Sammy, whats the point in having a super duper stadium when we are mid table all the time or worse. Al-Fayed should go, we need some more finacial clout.

I voted for us to refurbish, I reckon that we should do it up, and add a few more thousand seats.
