Coleman Backed In Poll Vote
Well, the poll results are in and it seems that the vast majority of Fulham fans who voted are happy with the job that Chris Coleman is doing. 62% said they were totally happy, 16% said they were happy at the moment, but warned that Fulham should be pushing for Europe. 11% are reserving judgement until the end of the season and the remaining 11% say they aren't happy with the job the manager is doing.
Coleman was made caretaker manager following the departure of Jean Tigana in April. He impressed Fayed and the board steering Fulham away from relegation trouble and was taken on permanently in May 2003.
He joined the Cottagers as a player from Blackburn Rovers in November 1997 becoming captain until a horrific car crash in January 2001. Despite a fight back Coleman had to retire from football in October 2002 becoming part of the clubs coaching staff.
'Cookie' also played for Wales winning 32 caps and scoring 4 goals.
