That Jackson Statue (Again)

If you conducted a poll relating to whether the statue of Michael Jackson, erected by Mohamed Al Fayed, should stay or go, I reckon it`d be a little one-sided with the latter being the prevalent vote.

When Shahid Khan took over the ownership of Fulham Football Club, from Mohamed Al Fayed, the latter joked that if the statue was taken down then he would personally shave off the new owners` moustache.

Now reading between the lines, it would seem that Khan is erring towards getting rid of the monstrosity which has no place, I believe, outside a football ground, with our new owner quoted as having commented,

"You have to take a deep breath and reflect."

"I`m in a Lotus pose and doing my yoga meditation."

"I didn`t think it was that big of a deal to the fans or the chairman."

Just get rid, besides the moustache will grow back!
