'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fulham V Wycombe wanderers.

Fulham play Wycombe Wanderers in the Carling Cup at Craven Cottage on Wednesday 19.45pm.

Fulham will want to continue their good start to the season and show the same grit that they showed in their draw with Tottenham and White Hart Lane on Sunday.

Wycombe Manager Paul Lambert will be full of confidence as Whycombe have had their own fantastic start to their 2006/2007 campaign and are currently top of Division 2 with no losses so far this season, the man to watch will be Jermaine easter who has 8 goals to his name this term.

Fulhams goalkeeper Ricardo Batista is currently on loan to Wycombe and should start so this will be a good test for him.

Fulham currently have a growing list of injuries with arguably their 2 best players sustaining long term injuries in the last couple of games.( Bullard and Boa morte, knee and broken cheekbone respectively.)

Fulham should expect a win here but this is a cup game and as we all know 'anything could happen'.

Lets hope that this is not a banana skin, Wycombe are the on form team in the 2nd Div and Fulham are getting short of players due to the growing injury list........... Still I predict a tight win 2-1
