Time Too Step Up To The Mark
It looks very likely that our summer signing, Kieran Richardson, will start this afternoon as we prepare to take on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
Richardson, an experienced Premier League professional hasn`t exactly lived up to expectations since he arrived at Craven Cottage and on the eve of the fixture against his former club, Martin Jol has fired a veiled threat across his bows urging the player to show what he can do, commenting,
"Kieran has been injured a bit but he is back now. He can play anywhere and has all the qualities."
"He had a good season at Sunderland when he was left-back and he should be terrific here. You can give him the licence there to express himself."
Will Richardson deliver and fulfil those expectations?
