Bringing in a quartet of players - Emmanuel Frimpong, Urby Emanuelson, Stanislav Maolev and Eyong Enoh, should bolster our squad.
However, our Dutch boss believes his biggest achievement this transfer window was holding off bids for his established stars, players such as Brede Hangeland, with Jol remarking,
"We wanted to keep our players."
"We had to let go Moussa Dembele and Clint Dempsey in the summer - but that was not the case this time"
"It meant I could focus on players coming in.
