Sidwell Refutes Zamora Claim

Sidwell Refutes Zamora Claim

Like we`ve said previously, Bobby Zamora really should concentrate on other matters.

His outlandish claim that most of the Fulham squad have a bone to pick with Martin Jol continues to look a foolish claim and Zamora would be better served devoting all his time and energy to Queens Park Rangers relegation fight than persisting with this clap-trap.

But if you were in any doubt that all was not well at Craven Cottage then Steve Sidwell has stepped forward to put the record straight, remarking ahead of the visit from his former club, Aston Villa,

"We have a fine relationship with the manager."

"He has always been honest and straight down the line with me as a player and that is all you can ask for. Every player`s relationship with a manager is different."

"There are times when I have needed a kick up the backside and he has given me it."

"There have been times when I have needed an arm around my shoulder and he has given me that too."

Now can we put this matter to bed and ignore that attention seeking diva over at Loftus Road.
