Better to Say Nothing!

Better to Say Nothing!

It was a sickening blow, yesterday, to be deprived of an away win so late in the game.

Martin Jol, expressing a similar opinion to that which I described in my match report, had this to say after the game to the waiting media,

"It`s harsh to concede so late on but we didn`t play well in the first half."

"I thought we should have had a free kick just before their equalizer but the referee didn`t see it. Two seconds later they got a free kick and scored."

"But that happens and if I criticize the referee in England I will get fined."

Exactly!

So it is probably best to stay quiet and silently fume!
