Revisitng Your Ambitions?

Revisitng Your Ambitions?

As Fulham prepare to take on Southampton, this Sunday lunchtime, it appears that Martin Jol has revisited where he expects us to finish this season.

Having finished ninth last season, Jol hoped that Fulham could kick on this season and head for a higher spot, but following on from the dramatic loss of Clint Dempsey and Moussa Dembele, in the summer transfer window, Jol has provided the following comments for the media,

"This transfer window was the worst ever. I knew Dimitar Berbatov was on the fringe of joining and I thought I could go for the top six. Then in a couple of days everything changed and we lost Moussa Dembele and Clint Dempsey to Spurs."

"My aim now is to get to 40 points as quick as possible."

Bloody hell, surely things are not that bad!
