'If It's Football, It's Vital'

99 And Out!

When is an international not an international?

It appears when you play Hungary on 4th June!

Following the Republic of Ireland`s exit from the Euros, Damien Duff announced his retirement from international football believing that he`d reached the 100 cap mark.

Sadly it seems that is not the case with it now being inferred that the fixture, against Hungary on the aforementioned date is to be wiped form the record books due to an administration error.

Now what`s that about the luck of the Irish?
