Standing Up For Ourselves!

Standing Up For Ourselves!

About time I`d say!

It`s about time we refused to be pushed around by a so-called bigger club and stood up for ourselves, therefore I applaud the fact that Fulham have reported Liverpool Football Club to the Premier League for tapping-up Clint Demspey.

It seems that our annoyance has been registered over the fact that Liverpool`s owners broadcast, via their company website - Fenway Sports Group - the fact that a deal had been done and dusted when it clearly had not.

Speaking about the fracas, a Premier League statement reads,

"The Premier League has received a complaint from Fulham regarding certain comments made by Liverpool officials and is looking into the matter."

We`re not sure anything will come of our complaint as the big-boys usually win these kind of things but just to stand up for ourselves is, I believe, a step forward.
