Jol Wants a Change

Several leading managers have their own thought son the way the transfer market operates and in particular the transfer windows.

Despite our great star to the season Martin Jol remains fearful that he could still see a couple of his first team squad leave before the transfer window shuts at the end of this month.

Speaking about the current system, Martin Jol has indicated that he`d like to see a change with the boss remarking after the 5-0 victory over Norwich City,

"I would like to have a change."

"If we start the season then all this nonsense should stop, because two weeks into the season you could lose your best players."

"It`s long enough. If you look at the window now it`s awful because there are a lot of clubs waiting."

"If they have got the money they will come in and of course you have players with clauses and if you pay the money then they can go as well."

"We should stop the window when the first game is played."

Do you agree with Martin or is the system fine as it is?

i think that would make sense... that was no disruption with your squad once the season starts...

Completely agree, at least you would know what you've got to play with until January, the current system is setup to benefit the big clubs at the expense of the smaller clubs
