Johnson Latest

All that banter that was forthcoming relating to Fulham doing their utmost to keep Andrew Johnson at Craven Cottage seems a long way off.

It would seem that the negotiations came to nothing and Johnson, who cost us a fortune from Everton, has been allowed to walk away after his contract ran down.

Although AJ has been troubled by injury in recent season`s we`d imagine that he`d have no trouble in getting a deal and already talk of a move to Loftus Road has been resurrected with Mark Hughes keen to add AJ to his list of strikers.

We`ll keep you abreast of any developments.

So much for loyalty! The club stuck by him through his injury struck stint at the cottage after paying a big fee for his services.
